Top Marks and WOW Awards for Ontario's Finest Inns & Spas

Toronto, Ontario - April 2009. More than 35 members of Ontario's Finest Inns & Spas attended the Annual WOW Awards ceremony last week at the Old Mill Inn & Spa, Toronto, Ontario. Awards of excellence were presented by Cyndy Montana, Ontario's Finest Inns & Spas and Robin Garrett, President & CEO of OTMPC.

Several of the 42 member inns and spas received "WOW" awards in a number of categories. Three inns & three spas received 'Top Marks'. "Approximately 500 criteria are applied in the detailed evaluation process conducted by a secret shopper every 18 months." says Kathy Nichol, Executive Director of Ontario's Finest Inns & Spas.

All of these properties offer an exceptional guest experience. They are each so very different from the other, but they each have different strengths that they focus on that makes them unique - yet they attend to the details across the board that makes a guest’s stay remarkable. Congratulations!

Kettle Creek Inn - 7.43 point jump from 80.5% to 87.93%

This property has been expanded physically to make the spa more comfortable and luxurious for guests. The hospitality and services offered have matured. Guests feel pampered and appreciated. Overall guest experience is excellent!

Spa on the Twenty - 10.7 point increase from 81.6% to 92.3%
